The Details

  • This is a single-session approach to quitting smoking. The session is around 2 hours duration.
  • In the session you have an opportunity to talk about what you might worry about when it comes to quitting smoking.
  • You and your therapist work out a conscious-mind plan – a how-to framework – so you’re taking care of yourself while you become someone who doesn’t smoke.
  • The hypnosis work is powerful and adaptable to what you need it to be. That means we focus on the things that matter to you, and use techniques and processes that are going to be right for you. It’s not the same for everyone.
  • The fee is $350 for this session, and we’re available for appointments Tuesday through to Saturday.
